Weighing In…

Just thought I would update you all on my progress with the weight training/loss. Remember my original post I wanted to lose some weight. I started at 224lbs on August 15 and then about a month later I went down to 210lbs and now October 8 I am down to 201lbs… YAY!!!! My plan is to stop at 195lbs and then start adding some more muscle. Weighing in at just about a month!

Hello All, As you may remember from my previous post that I wanted to start losing weight and building some muscle tone. Well I am happy to say it is working. I started about August 23rd and weighed 224lbs, I have been trying to lift weights every other day and also have been riding my bicycle on the days I am not lifting weights. Another weight post…

Just like other blogs I read around the web have been doing, I too am posting about exercise and losing weight. I wanted to post a week ago but life seems to always get in the way of blogging. I started exercising again with weights to try and tone up and lose some weight. I maxed out at 224lbs which is not terribly bad since I am 6’2″, however most of the excess weight is sitting right where it usually does the belly! Time for weights

Well today I started my annual exercise regime. During the winter months I usually take a break from exercise which I know is not the best thing to do, because I do gain weight. With all the holiday cooking, cakes and candy how could I not put on pounds. So I start on my quest to lose some weight but also build some muscle at the same time.
