Just thought I would update you all on my progress with the weight training/loss. Remember my original post I wanted to lose some weight. I started at 224lbs on August 15 and then about a month later I went down to 210lbs and now October 8 I am down to 201lbs… YAY!!!!
My plan is to stop at 195lbs and then start adding some more muscle. I am very happy at the way my routine is progressing and hope to keep this up and not put the weight back on.
So thanks for all the support and I hope to have some before/after pics soon…
